An opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Administration Assistant working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8-5pm, Thursday and Friday 8-12pm totalling 32 hours based at our head office in Leicester.

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and is highly numerate, can pick up new skills quickly, has exceptional attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a team.

The Role:

As an Administration Assistant your duties will include:

  • Manage, organise and update relevant customer data using company database.
  • Create reports using excel spreadsheet data.
  • Carry out general administration duties, e.g. maintaining records and reports, filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Assist with other administration duties as and when required

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in a customer interfacing role
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of Outlook packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require.
  • Administration: 2 years (Preferred but not essential)
