Rainford: Commercial & Schemes

Full Time 40 hours per week plus, overtime to suit the needs of the business over 6 days 7am – 7pm.

Salary £28k per year

General Description of the job

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for on-site SHE & post install quality inspections of commercial new build and retrofit installs for both cavity wall and loft insulation. This will include customer care and complaints, and meeting with site management & homeowners face to face. Prequalifying plots/properties for suitability.

Assisting/supervising installs, checking installer equipment, assisting with yard duties.

Main Duties of the post

Liaise with management at all levels of the business.
Surveying plots/properties to see if they are suitable.
Customer service & customer satisfaction
To be an active team member taking on additional responsibilities where appropriate to support others and promote excellent service.
Assist with yard duties as required, be a key holder.

Person specification

Good general education background,
A good understanding of buildings, new build & existing
Experience in Cavity Wall and or Loft Insulation Installing
Knowledge of construction, property development and building structures
Good communication and organizational skills
Be willing to learn, self-motivated and highly determined to achieve targets.
Enjoy meeting people but can work on an independent basis.
Recent knowledge of H&S policies and procedures
A minimum of 3 years working within the Thermal insulation industry
