National Sales Manager – Home Improvement / Energy Efficiency

Location: Home based, Nationwide coverage

Salary dependent on experience and performance bonus available. Car allowance included.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional, with a background in direct sales to progress their career with us.

After a period of growth, we now operate from 10 locations across the country, employing approximately 230 staff. After trading for 50 years we boast high levels of service, a strong portfolio of customer solutions and a vast array of domestic retrofit projects.

As our National Sales Manager, you will be tasked with securing orders for cavity wall and / or loft insulation from householders either partially or fully funded through a range of schemes and organisations including the central Government’s Energy Company Obligation, Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

Your key priority will be to increase sales volumes for all our locations building a strong direct sales and marketing team.

Additionally, you will assist the Senior Management Team to drive forward our strategy for retrofit sales development within the group.

To be considered, you must have: –

At least one year’s sales management / development experience, ideally within the home improvement / insulation market or in a related sector.
Articulate and driven, strong communication skills, with an exceptional customer focus and the motivation and enthusiasm to succeed.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
