Main Purpose of the Job

About the Role:

The Scheduling administrator role is responsible for providing support within the office to Management and the Install team.

We are looking for a confident individual who can manage and plan bookings, speak on the telephone to external customers with excellent communication skills, someone who is a great problem-solver and is able to think creatively when necessary.

proficient use of a computer/ Microsoft packages. It would also be advantageous to have had previous experience in a similar planning role.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Planning and booking in install appointments ensuring H&S guidelines are adhered to while maximising productivity
  • Data Input and maintaining excel spreadsheets
  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organisational operations
  • Deal with enquiries from customer, external sources or from within the company, and ensure that any queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure that a professional and courteous approach is always adopted.
  • Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others.
  • Ensure that all associated administration duties are carried out in line with company procedures.
  • Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time

This is a full time role between the hours of 8am – 5pm

Salary is depending on experience
