Company announcement

It is with such great sadness we announce that our friend, colleague and Director, Ian Mollard, passed away on Tuesday 6^th August after a short battle with Leukaemia.

Ian became one of the Directors of the business back in 1996 after the reigns were passed down from his dad. Ian spent a considerable amount of his time working with government bodies and agencies, offering guidance and knowledge within the insulation industry.

Ian was an avid Liverpool fan and loved to holiday with his family and friends playing golf and cruising.

His infectious laugh, great sense of humour and legend are just some of the words his colleagues have used to remember him by.

Our love is sent to his wife Susan, children Matthew and Lauren and his whole family at this very sad time.

May you rest in peace Ian and know that you leave a void in our hearts.

Just a quick note of thanks for the work you recently completed at our house. We had been badly messed about by another firm promising (and failing) to do this work – and as a result decided to try A&M. The service has been great, right from booking/conducting the survey – through to the two installers who completed the work. Just a note to say how impressed we were with the 2 men who came to insulate our house walls last Thursday. They were very helpful with a wall vent problem,were hard at work all day and did an excellent job, even as far as washing the windows after the job was completed. I’d like to report back on the excellent job undertaken by your installer yesterday with our cavity wall insulation. He was on site exactly at the agreed time, very knowledgeable and kept a friendly and polite attitude all day. Your men turned up nice and early. They explained everything, gave the H&S notice and door signs. They were pleasant, and very quick and efficient in doing the job, and the house was left clean. I didn’t expect them to paint over where the holes were, so that was a bonus! At the end of the job, the paperwork was explained thoroughly before each piece was signed.
