Just a quick note of thanks for the work you recently completed at our house. We had been badly messed about by another firm promising (and failing) to do this work – and as a result decided to try A&M. The service has been great, right from booking/conducting the survey – through to the two installers who completed the work. He was on site exactly at the agreed time, very knowledgeable and kept a friendly and polite attitude all day. Your men turned up nice and early. They explained everything, gave the H&S notice and door signs. They were pleasant, and very quick and efficient in doing the job, and the house was left clean.
