Main Purpose of the Job

Job Specification: Administrator – Full Time Position (39.5 hours Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm)

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the team at A&M at our Oldbury Office.

The candidate should have previous experience of working in a busy office environment.

The day-to-day role will be working as part of an administration team that works in a fast moving environment.

The candidate should possess the following skills/qualities:

  • Be IT Literate, capable of working on Microsoft Office applications; including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Previous use of electronic databases/online systems for updating information
  • An understanding of the Insulation industry would be advantageous

Duties will include:

Working with the Admin Team, the postholder will be required to carry out general office duties, filing, scanning, photocopying all other duties commensurate within the scope of activities

Assisting in programming work, confirming telephone appointments from External Surveyors and Customers, maintaining the highest standards of customer care
